Primarily yes - we specialise in Marrakech and its surrounding areas (including the Palmeraie, Agafay Desert, Essaouira, Ourika, Imlil and the Atlas foothills). If you're looking at another region in Morocco, feel free to reach out, we may still be able to help or refer you to trusted contacts.
Can I use this service if I’m not ready to book a full event planner yet?
Absolutely! This service is perfect if you want help finding the right venue but aren’t quite ready to commit to full-service planning yet. It’s a standalone offer that gives you clarity and direction early in the process, and you’re welcome to upgrade to our full-service later if you choose, but no pressure.
Do you show me every venue in Marrakech?
No - we curate the best options based on your unique preference. That means usually narrowing down to the 3–6 that actually suit your guest count, budget, aesthetic, and priorities, along with trustworthiness and professionalism of the owner. We save you hours (and headaches) by only presenting strong, relevant contenders.
Do you negotiate pricing or handle the venue contract?
Not in this package. We’ll connect you directly with the venue manager for pricing, availability, and booking - and we’ll make sure you’re briefed and confident going into that conversation. We make sure all the right questions are answered by them, event the ones you might not know to ask! If you'd like us to handle negotiations and contract management, that’s part of our Full-Service Planning offer.
Can I apply the Venue Scouting fee to the Full Planning package if I decide to book this later?
If you book our Full-Service planning after this, we’ll be happy to deduct €500 from the Full Service fee. Consider this a smart first step toward a bigger picture.
How long does the venue scouting process take?
It usually takes 7-14 working days from our discovery call to deliver your personalised Venue Portal. Then we can arrange site visits for a time you're in Marrakech, or we can do those remotely for you (via video) shortly after. We move quickly - but thoughtfully - to help you move forward with confidence, not chaos.
